General

The following terms and conditions are valid between you and Wanda Filarowski Design Studio (Organisational Number NO 929203984 MVA). By using the website and/or placing an order on the website or by e-mail you confirm that you have read the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them.

Placing an order

Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions before you place an order. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order ad correct any input errors.

Product

Please note tat we do not guarantee that all products are presented on the website are in stock, available for purchase or available to order. Some products are made to order and delivery time can vary.

Colour

Our goal is to describe the product at the website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the colour settings of your computer, the colours of the products shown in the pictures on the website can differ somewhat from their actual colours and we are not to be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

Website information

We cannot promise that the content of the website is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. We may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although we strive to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the website, errors may occur. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site. We cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site.

Price

All prices are stated in NOK (Norwegian Kroner) and include local taxes and fees. We reserve the right to change or adjust an prices on the website at any time.

Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address that you filled in at checkout with your order reference number, details of the object you have ordered from us, your payment detail and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgment that we have receives your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

If you find errors in your order confirmation, such as delivery address, invoice address or the product, please reach out to hello@wandafilarowski as soon as possible.

Order acceptance

Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you.

Shipping confirmation

Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. If an object is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail. If we have already received payment for your order we will refund yiu the amount of the purchase.

Payment

We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna, PayPal and more.Please note that your card is debited with the purchase amount once we have sent you the order confirmation e-mail.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card user. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Wanda Filarowski Design Studio, your order will be cancelled.

We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as a result of payment being processed in respect of your order.

Shipping

Please note that delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

As of now, all orders will be shipped once a week (Fridays) only.

Exchange and return

Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

If you wish to exchange or return your object please contact hello@wandafilarowski.com, marking your e-mail with “Return” or “Exchange” and include your order reference number, name, address, e-mail-address, and which products your want to return or exchange. If the exchange or return is approved, you must send the products within the 14 days deadline after your have received your order. The product must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the products.

If you return the products, we will refund all payments received. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Complaint

If your object is damaged please reach out to hello@wandafilarowski.com including images of the damage.

Resale

You may purchase products from Wanda Filarowski Design Studio for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order at Wanda Filarowski Design Studio, you certify that you are purchasing products for your own personal use and not for resale and that you accept the Terms & Conditions.

By shopping at Wanda Filarowski Design Studio, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information that necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your information to third parties without legal basis. Below you find a summary of how we, in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), store and process your data.

What information do we store and why: In order to process your order and answer questions related to your order, we store the following information: first name, last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history.

How we protect your personal information: We use industry standards to store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords in an insurance way.

Who do we share your personal information with and why:

I) Shipping partner - In order to deliver your goods, we must share your personal information with our chosen shipping company. With them we share the following information: first name, last name and address. Telephone number and/or e-mail address may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.

II) Payment operator - When you make a payment with us, your personal information is shared with our payment operator. The information is saved so that you can complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. With them we share the following information: first name, last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and IP address.

How long do we store your personal information: Your information is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your information, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation under, for example, the Accounting Act.

Right of access: You have the right to receive extracts from all information stored about you with us. The extract is delivered electronically in a readable format.

Right of rectification: You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.

The right to be removed: You can request that the information concerning you should be deleted at any time. There are a few exceptions to the right of deletion, such as if it to be retained because we must fulfill a legal obligation (for example according to the Accounting Act). Right to complain: If you believe that Wanda Filarowski Design Studio is processing your personal data incorrectly, you can contact us at hello@wandafilarowski.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Force Majeure

We take no responsibility and disclaim responsibility in situations such as wars, natural disasters, non-delivery from sub-contractors or other situations (Force majeure) outside our control that could not have been foreseen. As we cannot fulfill the agreement entered into, the purchase is canceled and we take no further responsibilities.
